Terms & Conditions
The deal, in plain words.
Last updated 26 August 2026
These terms cover this website and every tool offered on it — today that is Logo Motion, and anything I add later is covered from the day it appears. Using the site or any tool on it means you agree to them.
Who you are dealing with
Layan Aldawsari, an independent graphic designer working from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — “I” and “me” throughout. “You” is whoever is using the site or a tool. Everything reaches me at Layan.aldawsari@gmail.com.
What the tools are
Small browser tools for design work. Each one says on its own page what it does. Where a tool has a free part and a paid part, the free part is genuinely free — with Logo Motion that is uploading, previewing and trying every template as often as you like, none of which needs an account, plus the first finished video, which needs one only so the download can be remembered against your address. Every download after the first is the paid part.
They run on your own device, which is also their limit: what a tool can produce depends on the browser and machine you run it on.
Your account
You sign in with an email address and a six-digit code — there is no password. Anyone who can read your inbox can therefore reach your account, so keep it to yourself and do not pass codes on. One account is one person or one business, and it carries whatever you have bought across every tool here. Tell me if you think somebody else has got in.
What things cost
Rather than fix one price in this page, each paid feature states its own — because I add tools, and I would rather the price you see be the price that is true.
- The price and the billing terms are shown before you pay, on the button or panel where you buy and again on the checkout page. What that checkout says is the binding version for that purchase, and these terms cover the rest of the relationship around it.
- Different things are sold differently. Some are a one-off purchase that unlocks a single output — one payment, one file. Some are a one-off purchase that unlocks a tool for good. Some are subscriptions that renew until you cancel. Which one you are buying is stated at checkout before you pay, and never afterwards.
- Free trials and free first uses, where offered, state what they cover at the point they are offered. Logo Motion’s first download is one of these: one free video per account, taken automatically on your first export, with no card asked for and nothing to cancel. Where a trial converts into a paid subscription, that is said before you start it.
- Payment runs through Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for every sale here. Their buyer terms apply to the payment alongside these terms, and any tax due is handled by them.
- Prices can change, but never for something already paid for, and never for a running subscription without an email first.
Cancelling and refunds
A one-off purchase has nothing to cancel — you pay, you get the thing. A subscription can be cancelled at any time from your account, which opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal; cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the tool working until the period you already paid for runs out. Nothing is clawed back and there is no notice period.
If a paid feature genuinely failed to do what it says — an export that would not produce a file, a tool that would not run — email me within fourteen days of the charge and I will refund it. Where what you paid for has already been delivered and cannot be handed back, a refund is at my discretion; ask anyway, because I would rather fix it than keep money for something that did not work. Refunds and chargebacks are processed by Lemon Squeezy.
What you make is yours
Your artwork is yours and stays yours; I claim nothing in it. Everything you produce with a tool here is yours to use for anything, including client and commercial work, with no credit required and no further licence to buy. That is the whole point of these tools.
What stays mine
The tools themselves — their code, their templates, their interfaces, and this site’s design and writing — are mine. Paying buys the use of them, not a copy of them. Do not resell access, rebuild one from the client code, scrape it, or run it as a service of your own.
Fair use
Do not upload artwork you have no right to use, do not use anything here for anything illegal, and do not go at the sign-in, the payment checks or anybody else’s account. An account doing any of that can be suspended.
What I cannot promise
These tools render inside your own browser, so what they produce depends on the browser and machine you run them on: older browsers support a narrower set of formats, and very large files can exhaust the memory a browser will give a page. The site and the tools are provided as they are and as they happen to be available. I do not promise uninterrupted service, that every template flatters every logo, or that a device I have never seen will produce a file. Nothing here removes rights that consumer law says you keep.
If something goes wrong
Where the law allows a limit, my total liability for any claim connected to a tool is capped at what you paid me in the twelve months before it arose. I am not liable for lost work, lost profit, or lost time — keep your own copy of your source files, as you would with any tool.
Ending it
You can stop at any time — cancel a subscription, or simply stop buying — and ask me to delete the account afterwards. I can suspend or end service for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or if I stop offering a tool at all. In that case anything you have paid for and not yet received is refunded, and a live subscription is cancelled with the unused part of the current period refunded.
Changes and law
These terms can change; the date at the top says when they last did, and anything that materially affects people who have bought something arrives by email before it takes effect. Adding a new tool, or a new way of paying for one, does not by itself change these terms — they are written to cover whatever is on sale here. Saudi law governs them and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction, without taking away rights the law of your own country insists you keep.
